zag Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 I've been asked to install some performance management software that will track teachers progress. Anyone got any ideas about this? I've looked at Sims but it doesn't seem to have anything appropriate.

Sylv3r Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 We currently use Schoolcentre from Granada Learning School improvement | school lesson planning tools with Schoolcentre - it's about 1 - 1.5k per annum depending on the size of the school. We are currently in the process of looking for alternative systems to carry out CPD, School Development Plans and the SEF. Schoolcentre does all of the above and I am not saying its a bad system we are just investigating our options.
