[fog] Fog upload CSV

Im having a problem with fog upload CSV on Fog version 0.27 (i know may need to upgrade in the future.)

 

Below is a sample of the first couple of lines of CSV

 

 

 

00:1a:a0:50:22:fe ad-a14-01 Empty Column empty column Windows 2000/XP ADTD

00:1a:a0:4f:9e:d9 ad-a14-02 Empty Column empty column Windows 2000/XP ADTD

 

When i run it i get row 1 -General Error

 

I have tried using the numerical id for the os and image name but no joy
