MRBS - not notifying of approval

I'm a little stuck here - i can't seem to work out why this doesn't work, when i book a room as a normal user - it sends an email to the admins saying a booking has been placed, they can then either approve or reject.

 

When they do approve/reject it is not replying with an email say either way.

 

Any ideas?
