Hi ive been asked to source CD players for the school so they can listen to the story along side reading the book, i have suggested mp3 players/ipods but the school is afraid that the ipods will walk but like the idea. They mentioned something robust cheap and decent storage, do you guys recomend anything ?

I would buy a few £30 MP3 players from Amazon and try them out to see which has has easiest menu to navigate - I have a Sansa Clip, and quite like that.

Resist the temptation to think "it is for Primary kids, so must be rubber-coated, water-proof, poster-paint-coloured and only have two buttons". Primary kids are remarkably adept at using even complex technology (more so than their teachers, sometimes!).
