HodgeHi Posted November 15, 2011 Posted November 15, 2011 Hello, Some of you may be aware that at our school we have StudyWiz as our VLE platform. As part of this platform we can use NFS to mount shares and serve up data. However, I am having some difficulty mounting the share I want to access using NFS. The server is on a separate subnet to the server. We have asked for port 2049 to be opened up to allow NFS to work as mentioned in the list of Apple's well known/used ports. What else needs to be allowed to make NFS able to mount shares across subnets? TIA, Mark.
