HAP 7.6 error when clicking on "MyWork"

Hello,

 

I've recently installed HAP 7.6 and am in the processo of testing it before rolling out to the whole school.

 

A user is getting the following error when they click on the "MyWork" drive "Invalid length for a Base-64 char array."

 

Has anybody else come across this error or how to resolve it?
