No, actual contacts - I know we have some duplicates in there, but I thought I remembered running a routine to deal with them last year... perhaps I did it manually...

Sivadam Posted November 7, 2011 Posted November 7, 2011 I have never come across a Merge Contact routine. I have always done this manually by removing associated students from one contact to another and then deleting the copntact that no longer has any associated students!
spanky Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 You can run the run the Delete unlinked contacts routine - the merge facilities are for adresses, agents and agencies.
