One of the things I love about GTAV (although it was introduced in BoGT, which I still recommend to anyone who hasn't played it yet!) is the 100% check list on missions because it's not always as simple as X headshots, no crashes etc. (though a lot of the time it is!), they throw in little extras you might not immediately understand what to do about, such as knocking out a particular NCP or not killing any friendlies. It genuinely adds replayability

I'm only on 11.2%, got bored of story mode, and jumped online. Been a devil online player ever since. Also, DMcfiddles, come online at 10 / 10:30pm!
