[bug/error] Editing a post after an embedded URL forces all new to text to be underlined

I saw this first a few days back. If I were to edit a post after a URL, all the text entrered is underlined/colours as per the embedded URL and nothing will chane this i.e. I can't remove the underscore or text colour. Image attached.

Using Firefox 7.0.1
