i had to reinstall windows on our internal webserver, media wiki works afterwards with mysql but for some unknown reason NO-ONE can log on now

it has the strange error "TechSupport uses cookies to log in users. You have cookies disabled. Please enable them and try again.!

any ideas? thx

Are you using the built in db for auth or external auth source?
