Windows - Ctrl + back again - a hobbits tale

[mgarland]

Hi guys,

Could someone make me a reg file to turn my windows keys into control keys and a reverse script please <3

I know there is software out there to do it the reason I am asking for a reg file is because I will need to do this on different machines and installing software to change key binds is forbidden.

rules be rules man.
