Outlook profile constantly resets (CC4)

Have a CC4 system where one user ends up having to re-input her email server settings & set up data files every single time she logs on. I've done full profile resets, deleting cached profile, healthchecks etc and made sure the RM Outlook Profile package is allocated, however it still happens. I've fixed this before which is what's annoying me most although it was on other users of the same network. This one is being stubborn though

 

any ideas?
