new optiplex 790 and driver issue win7x64

come back from some time off and theres an optiplex 790 which has been bought, and reinstalled with our enterprise win7 x64 cd

 

theres one device that i just cant seem to get active, It seems the driver is present, but the device is having problems. See attached. Its not something Ive seen before.. has anyone seen this before and knows a quick fix?

I cant remember which program it is but you have 2 intel ones and the driver wont work unless its manually installed via the exe.

Intel AMT (Active Managment Technology), its the little blue key icon that shows up in the system tray and lets you use vPro stuff like console redirection and support requests easily through Windows.

Can also be called the IME (Intel Managment Engine)

The thing is, I have downloaded and ran all the .exe driver files off the dell website for everything.. Ill try uninstalling all the intel stuff and running them again. Cheers.

In case Dell is being a bit slow, have you also checked that it is enabled in the BIOS/EFI.
