PDF from results to Excel SpreadSheet

Hi,

We are tying to create an easy system where we can open up a PDF form and complete the details then have the details save to a main spreadsheet, where we can open it and see the results, then its upto the department as to what they do to the data.

 

Any input would be great.

There's various ways of doing this: with Word Forms and an excel script, with infopath and sharepoint, with adobe and their server software.
