I got on, and they fixed the party system. It's nice but very different to the old dash

You will(might) get an email taking you through steps to get a product key and how to redeem it to register your xbox for the downloads.

I preferred the one before the current one. Pre-Kinect was better.

It acts like the older "blades" style just more refined, yes there alot of kinect integration but you dont need kinect to still use it, its very crisp clean and clear.. me likey!

Are these additional channels you need to download? or do they just come as part of Skyplayer?

 

Too much Skyrim recently, no time to play with the new dashboard.

iplayer, youtube and espn are separate to skyplayer...however the additional channels will be like an update to the skyplayer
