DJ-Jonesy Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 We have a couple of older promethean boards grey and orange not too sure on model but recently the pen has stopped working (any pen). The laptop connects to the board flame goes green and connects i am able to calibrate the board and pen works fine but once its done the pen or any pen doesn't work? Any help would be gratefully appreciated Dan
cmssbrie Posted September 29, 2011 Posted September 29, 2011 Hi, Might be worth ensuring your on the latest driver version first (version 5.7 - available from the support section of Promethean Planet). After you have downloaded it, unplug the board from your computer before installing, and then reboot the machine after installing - then plug the board back in. If that doesn't work, probably best giving ou support team a call from in front of the system. Hopefully the driver will do the trick though! Good luck!
