[ms office - 2010] Standard Outlook Signature for all users?

Is there any way to brand emails so everyone has the same signature?

 

I've created a really nice stylish signature for everyone but just looking for a way to apply it to all emails.

 

It obviously needs the persons correct details in it rather than me just adding it to the live@edu disclaimer.

 

So is there a way to do this or any 3rd party software?

Are you using exchange? Can be done with that I think and Google Apps for education has an option for it. Don't know off hand whether there is a gpo option. I'll have a trawl through and come back to you in 5

Ok it seems you can stop users using their own sig but not specify what to use

You can do this with exchange 2010, you actually do it using the disclaimer feature. It has a wildcard system for adding names and job titles (which will need to be in Active Directory).

I think Live@edu is a bit behind on this one but I will check the powershell side of things to see if its possible.

. It can work but each tiem themessage goes throug it will be at the bottm of them email not at the bottom of thee recent message.
