Sylv3r Posted April 18, 2007 Posted April 18, 2007 We are paying a great deal of money for our current LA SLA for hardware support which is not getting used and we can do the majority in house. I would like to put the technician and technician to be on a course so when we do pull the plug on the county SLA they have a certificate / qualifications to show they are capable of opening the case of the PC's and fixing them (really wanting to cover our backs here). Can anybody recommend a decdent course for them to follow, preferably in the north east - only a 1 day thing will do to be honest. Id prefer them not to do a self study if possible. Thanks
kingswood Posted April 18, 2007 Posted April 18, 2007 Not sure about your location etc., or about a restriction of 1 day (pretty tough to get certified etc in one day) but you might want to look at sending them on an A+ course. One of my technicians has this and it's really worth the investment. Not sure if that helps any, but wanted to throw it out there...
