We all know how true this is, but the how come this millionaire's daughter is pretty much free whilst others have been banged up awaiting trial?

 

Not to mention the fact that, unless there is a huge public outcry, she is likely to get a slap on the wrist rather than a custodial sentence.

The case centres around a car she is "alleged" to have been driving containing stolen goods, not being caught red handed looting the store.

Because we live in bizarre society whereby the more you pay for a lawyer, the better chance you have of getting away scot free or with a reduced punishment. Apparently, facts are better the more they cost...

It has been and will always continue to be this way as long as we have a monetary system in place. I try not to allow sentiment to take over my life as it tends to allow other dark feelings come over one (Depression) stop thinking and start living, it is not really worth the amount of energy that one could spend debating this as we cannot change it even though there are people who think you can.

 

We are only the small people in relation to those who control the world in which we live in and they can only control the money side of it not the behaviour side of people. As has happened it does emphasise the fact that it is not only the poor element of our society that has been effected by these riots.

 

In all it is a crying shame that any decent law abiding citizen should default to these kind of alleged criminal activities (Just in case there are any lawyers reading this)

Yes, but in most other professions it doesn't mean 3 years in jail or a slap on the wrist.
