Linksys SRW2024 Access Issues

I've got a network with a handful of Linksys SRW2024 Business Series switches, I didn't build this network and I'm now having a couple of problems...

 

Is there anywhere out there a utility that can identify the different switches on the network so that I can log into them and see where my problem lies?

The only one I can think of is Fluke Network Inspector, or have a look at Wireshark you'll see spanning-tree protocol which will indicate a switch - if you can see the IP point your browser to it and see if you can log in.
