be a suitable replacement for one of these?

I cant see how the Existing Speakers would wire into these ones though? The speakers cables are just wrapped around a Screw in thingy

Ah you didn't say you wanted to re-use the existing speakers as the one you linked to was a speaker and amp package, not that it makes any difference though on the one I linked they plug in to the back of the ampy via phoenix connectors, I've replaced any dead promethean amp with these so far and now had another promethean amp die.

Thanks plexer, i will look into that...Little-Miss i may be in touch soon then...although i might just get rid of these amps and replace them with a built in wall amp.
