matt40k Posted September 19, 2011 Author Posted September 19, 2011 Would you being kind enough to login out then back in - getting 404 on http://support.capitaes.co.uk/user/login.asp which I get directed to from IIS7.
vikpaw Posted September 19, 2011 Posted September 19, 2011 Yes, sorry, my bad, edited above. 404 is the order of the day.
vikpaw Posted September 19, 2011 Posted September 19, 2011 Did you call them? Your call will be cheaper than mine! I guess there is an article on the homepage telling us of the downtime - if only we could read it.
matt40k Posted September 19, 2011 Author Posted September 19, 2011 Haha, you'll have to get skype or something for calling Capita No, not yet, ironically I've on the phone to them now but about something else - I don't like to mix calls
vj-09 Posted September 19, 2011 Posted September 19, 2011 Just managed to log in to Supportnet, but for how long, who knows?
Heebeejeebee Posted September 19, 2011 Posted September 19, 2011 I get a 404 on the link posted above but if you use the 'Return to the Capita CS home page' link you can log in to support net from there. I always use http://support.capitaes.co.uk/login/login.asp Cheers HBJB

Capita have said they have had a problem with SupportNet which now appears to be resolve. So if you tried this morning you would get a 404 error.
