Exchange Auto Archive.

Is there a way to turn off the auto archiving abilities of outlook globally?? At the moment it defaultly archives every month or so for all staff, creating huge .ost files in users home areas, rapidly using up their quotad space. I know its easy to turn off at an individual level, but I can't seem to find a way of doing this globally, so that all the mail is held on the exchange server insted of archiving.

 

Is there a way of doing this??

I beleive this can be done via GPO - you will need to download and install the outlk11.adm file
