Exchange Server 2007 - Manage send as permissions dissapearing

Hello,

We have a problem with Exchange 2007, where by if you give a user 'Send As Permissions' or 'Manage Full Access Permissions' the setting stays for about half an hour then dissapears. This is causing all kinds of complaints from staff as they use PARs software to send emails out to parents and it keeps failing when the settings in exchange drop out.

5 users are given full access to a mailbox as PARs only allows you to send emails via one specified address.

Any ideas??

The only quick fix i can think of is to create a new account and ask all members of staff to logon as that user to send emails home so they already have full permissions to that mailbox but I would still like to get it working so that they can remain logged onto their own accounts and send via the shared mailbox.

Many thanks

1. On your shared mailbox have you given the send as permission for all 5 users?

2. Are these 5 users members of any admin groups like account operators, print operators, domain admins, backup operators? Check for nested groups too.

3. Do you want to send as that user or send on behalf? Send as the use send as per, send on behalf then use Outlook delegates

4. In outlook when you compose the message, choose the From field and enter the shared mailbox email address.
