Printers not Mapping due to needing Administrator Rights

I've got a few Ricoh Photocopiers and also a few other make printers won't map as the user doesn't have the rights to install the printer drivers - is there an easy fix for this or do i need to deploy the drivers via msi or similar

 

info - printers deployed via gpo from a server 2008 r2 (so x64) but i have installed the x86 alongside as an additional driver - its this driver which is wanting admin rights to install therefore not mapping the printer.

 

Once the driver is installed on the client it maps correctly.
