synchronising My Documents in Windows 7

Hi there

 

Does anyone know how to sync offline files in Windows 7?

 

I mapped a drive to a folder on our server with the Windows XP laptops we have - set the My Docs folder to this location and this synchronises when users log back on.

 

I can force synchronisation by right-clicking on the My Docs folder which is on the desktop.

 

Not sure what happens in Windows 7 - I set something up using the Sync Center but I can't remember what I did and there doesn't seem to be an option to put the folder on the desktop and then force it to sync.

 

Help!!

If you're using a laptop try the windows-X key, then click the sync option.
