Neoteris no workey

Hallo all,

 

I wondered if anyone has had the same issue as me reguarding Neoteris. I can remote in from home using an old Windows XP Pro laptop, but it doesn't work on my Windows 7 Ult x64 machine. When I log in using my domain login, it loads up the CacheCleaner and then gets stuck. A small window where the servers are listed shows "Do not close!" instead for ages. I have checked my firewall and any possible permissions issues. Still no joy.

 

Any ideas?
