Im pretty stumped as for what to make,I am doing my alevel early and I have only had half a year to learn the basics ,I quite fancy using a Pic-axe chip, there this one guy in my class making a Arcade Machine, any help would be great. PS. it has to be something that could be used to raise money at a school faire ,I know that sucks. Thanks Louis
CyberNerd Posted September 6, 2011 Posted September 6, 2011 anything using an arduino would be cool: Arduino - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia PS. it has to be something that could be used to raise money at a school faire ,I know that sucks. not necessarily, there's stacks of cool things you could do with an Arduino. arduino - Google Search Do check with teacher that what you want to do will fit the course specification though 1
mats Posted September 6, 2011 Posted September 6, 2011 If you've got the budget, Lego Mindstorms + bluetooth control module + playstation / xbox bt controller + wireless camera. Let people pay to drive it round the building and watch the video coming in. I'd like to build a self balancing robot (segway style balancing) but can't work out how to make it pay. Alternatively, build a segway clone or one of the skateboard-like derivatives and charge for rides.
