Front Panel Support - Realtek HD Audio

We have some machines here that need the 'AC97 Enable Front Panel Support' checkbox ticking within the Realtek HD Audio Manager in order for the front panel jack and the internal speakers to work. However, when I say some machines, I mean close to 100 - has anybody got a way I can do this on bulk, perhaps through pushing out a registry key that makes the necessary change?
