Move EPO 4.5

I need to move my EPO 4.5 install from an old Server 2003 install to a 2008 R2 Virtual Install. Is it possible to move the Database? I have seen Mcafee KB66616 but this doesnt seem to mention migrating to a different O/S version. anyone done this?
