abasel Posted August 11, 2011 Posted August 11, 2011 I got this to work ages ago but then shelved the project. We have since decided to revive it so I created a new build. Everything seemd to go well, all the users have been pulled in from LDAP but when they try to log in the won't authenticate. I am not sure how to trouble shoot this i.e. where are the log files (I am running Ubuntu 10.04) Once the install is complete there is no where one can go to check you LDAP OU filteres etc. I would appreciated any suggestions. I have followed the walkthroughs on the web and can't see what I've done wrong.
SYNACK Posted August 11, 2011 Posted August 11, 2011 Are the logs outputting to /opt/openvpn-als/wrapper.log ? not sure about the OU filtering reconfiguration other than rerunning the installer as I have never used it before myself.
abasel Posted August 11, 2011 Author Posted August 11, 2011 It appears to me only certain accounts... must be something to do with password policies..... I have been looking in the wrong place..
