Link to libraries still visible

We have hidden the Windows 7 Libraries feature but a link to it still appears for a new user when they open/save a file for the first time (see image below for user "two").

 

 

How can we hide this link? A registry change would be a good solution.

If it's just first time saving/opening, why not set the default open/save location somewhere else?

I wondered if that was possible, but can't find how to configure that; can it be done via group policy?

Think it depends on the program, Not sure there's an "overall" key for it all, But I know things like Office etc have their one etc etc.

 

What program is it you're having the issue with? or all?

Still not found a solution to this. Ideally when we save or open we want the users to be taken to "Computer" (their network drives). Surely there's a way to do this?
