Afternoon

I don't suppose anybody has a Windows Server 2003 x86 with SP2 VLK ISO to hand they'd be able to send across to me do they?

I had planned to reinstall one of our Servers tomorrow to increase the System drive size and a general tidy up but the only CD I've got is the original Server 2003 install. Not a problem, I can soon update it, just thought it would be much cleaner/nicer to do the install from the media then patching up once again.

Had a look on the Volume Licencing site and the only versions up there are 2003 R2 (which is no good as that comes in x64)

Thanks :)

There is a 2003 R2 SP2 on there, it looks wrong when you go to download but when I used it to build a VM template the other day it was R2 with SP2 already installed :)

This machine is only licenced for 2003, not 2003 R2 :(

Edit: never mind, might be sorted - off to test....

Ok, lesson learned.

When you click on the server version you want, select the 32 bit version and microsoft calls the file Windows Server 2003 X64, ignore it. It is the x86 version just Microsoft try to confuse you!

Thanks @gshaw!
