How does the role fit in with the school structure?? Is there management over junior technicians or is that done by the network manager? I'm on my phone so can't check the links much.

I'm the network manager, there is a junior technician and we are looking for a senior tech, essentially to take the pressure of me! I will be managing the team.

They do offer lodgings (according to the stuff I have read so far)...so its not all lost. I just think its a bit unfeasible for myself with my family (and the mrs is unwilling to relocate).
