What Does This Windows 7 Error Message Mean?

I get this error when logging on as a student to test a GPP deploy of a printer [see attached]

 

There is no error that I can find that relates to the printer and seraching on line on refers me to errors about Exchange [which is odd because this is a Windows 7 workstation that has never even seen Exchange]

 

Any ideas?

Does it happen even without the GPP? Window manager is aero theme's normally.

Are all the graphics drivers on the PC running ok?

Also what is the specification of the PCs as it does sound more like a problem with graphics/aero than printing.

Occasionally if I'm gaming on my PC, and find myself having to minimise, it will tell me my computer's running slowly and would you like to switch to basic theme, keep it as it is, don't ask me again etc.
