Right im wondering if anyone has a peice of software or a script to do this?

 

Basically im wanting to be able to have the school say they are in year 6 so it sets the year 6 printer as default. I know this can be done easily through a script but does anyone want to lend a hand or have something setup like this?

How are you identifying them as in year 6? (AD Group would be easiest, or username prefix?).

I think you can use the con2prt.exe stuff from Microsoft?

Sorry should of said these are going to be standalone machines. They are netbooks.

Windows 7 can do this by wireless SSID if I remember right, is that any use?

My question is still valid, how do you intend on identifying the user as Year6?
