Hi... Anyone use the older version (not online) of Sleuth (made by the school software company) - we're moving to sims for incident and positive behaviour recording, our sleuth licence runs out in August and I need to extract the data from it, I can see you can get some data from the reports menu but no obvious route to extract all of the data.

Any help would be appreciated

An answer from Sleuth:

If your school has decided not to renew their Sleuth licence there are 2 options to retain information from Sleuth:

1. Export data before your licence expires

This can be done by using the Search/Report facility to run reports of your choosing and printing or saving the results (as a PDF or CSV file) as described in the online manual. Please note that we are not authorised to keep your data so for security reasons all your Sleuth data will be deleted one month after licence expiry.

2. Purchase an archive licence for continued access to Sleuth reports

A 1-user Sleuth archive licence provides full online access to search and report on all the collected behaviour data in Sleuth. Only one user can be logged in at a time. No new events can be entered, it is only an archive of behaviour data for analysis and reporting. Contact us for pricing.
