Adobe CLP confused

Hi I wondered if anybody knows the answer to this.

 

I have just purchased a CLP licence for 250 computers with Adobe Premium.

 

What happens when my CLP membership runs out in 2013? Does that mean I have to pay over 6K again?! I didn't think that I had to buy the software again...

I thought that I had bought the licence to the software and that our school owns it unless we choose to upgrade to the newer version?

 

would appreciate if anybody knows the answer to this.
