deano Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 Hi, Trying to deploy a printer from an x86 print server to a x64 client and receiving and error when trying to add additioanl drivers. The error i receive is "Operation Could not be Completed (0x00000244)". I have tried a couple of other drivers for the Brother HL-6050 and i think it might be that the driver is not difitally signed?? I have also checked versions and these appear to be correct be the same as the x86 version on the server. I have searched the error but nothing is coming up that makes any sense. Can anybody help, or do i just need to create a x64 server for printer deployment
sparkeh Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 Just to check, are you sure the error isn't 0xe0000244? This would make sense as this is 'ERROR_SIGNATURE_OSATTRIBUTE_MISMATCH' or in English its telling you that the cert is not valid for that version of the OS.
