RabbieBurns Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 Is it better to use port 389 or port 3268 ? Everything here is set to 3268 at the moment but just wondering if this is better than using the default LDAP port?
DT2 Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 3268 is the GC port (global catalog) and has higher priority than 389, thus lookups will resolve faster. I'd leave it as is. DT
