[android] HTC Desire HD Video Recordings problem

I got a slight issue with the HD. I recored a video in HD 720 and it stugles. I knock it down a setting so its in Widescreen (800 x 400) and it seems to freezes over one frame(while the audio continues uninterrupted)

Any ideas?

Running unrooted lastest android.
