custom windows network driver onto cc3

hi i have a atheros ar8131 that i need to put onto cc3 after having trouble with the dos driver and sorting that i am now having trouble with the windows drivers. the build goes through to a windows xp screen then says network connection can not be found. upon investigating the network driver is missing.

i have selected the right driver from the driver .inf i downloaded. i read some posts in these forums about hacking a custom driver into the build area but dont get what people mean.

Any ideas?
