School Open on Saturdays

Hello All,

 

We want to open the school on saturdays to allow an association to use 10 of our classrooms, but we need to charge them as they will be using the equipment and premises for the whole day. Have you come across a similar situation? How much could we charge?

 

I've been asked to give a price about the cost of using the network for a saturday, and got no clue where to start!

 

Any advise will be more than helpful

Your best comparison might be what hotels in the area charge for a similarly equipped "meeting room". Most classrooms would be better equipped, IT-wise, than the average hotel, too - probably a projector in every classroom?

Just for the use of the sports hall, no equipment etc i have known schools to charge £35 per hour.

Chrees guys. I was thinking that the most expensive thing to use will not be the wear and tear of the computer/network, but the bulb usage of the projectors. Will say £50-70 an hour to be safe

And after logon they will get the default AUP to agree with
