Frog + Parent & Child Domain

Hi All,

 

I was hoping to hear from anyone who's had experience of Frog & a parent child domain setup where staff are on a parent domain and students on the child domain ...

 

We're having a lot of trouble setting it up and configuring it so looking to see if anyone has any advice they can give.

What is casing issues is it the AD auth? It runs on LDAP under the frog front end. Can you give a more in depth description of the issue?
