right sen deaprtment have got a a time table whihc in each lesson says what lsa is helping what student.

 

is there any software free if pooss that they can enter details and then look up by lsa and by student

Id probably use my room booking system Rather than add a new room use the persons name then make sure nobody can book them

@Russ: Use MRBS and change the header to read 'SEN Booking System' or similar - then they will think it's especially for them

but then they wil want it to do pupil target and rubbish like that

 

question could you say if have it so that they look at lsa and they saw all pupils that lsa covers and other way around by pupil and see what lsa at what time

You could put the pupils name in the booking description then use the search function to find them.
