A teacher has asked me to take a look at her laptop to find out what the problem is.

She is experiencing BSOD's at random and kindly wrote down the content of one of these BSOD's. I found the report files using event viewer but i am unable to diagnose the fault and fix.

I have attached the report files but had to change the extensions to upload them here:

Report.wer.txt

Version.txt

sysdata.xml.txt

Mini061211-01.dmp.txt

the Mini061211-01.dmp, Verison.txt and sysdata.xml files were in a.cab file which i have extracted.

The error report mentions wer.dll as a possible culprit but i'm not sure.

Any one able to shed any light on the cause of this problem (no "Vista is the problem" jokes please. I am aware of the uselessness of this OS!!)??

Thanks
