Frog in independent schools

If you are in an independent school and use Frog, I'd appreciate a tiny bit of feedback on the product and implementation. Used by lots of teachers? used by few? used and liked by pupils?

Since you have no response here at all, I think your question may be best to be opened up a little bit. Maybe to "Are you using Frog by choice and not through the LA?"

I've been through the Frog sales pitch and to be honest it's similar to a lot of the other offerings - Moodle 2.0 is probably your best bet if your starting from scratch. It's intuitive, simple to use and you can manage it from in house. There's plenty of companies out there to help you set it up initially and provide training. I'm self taught and I found it relatively straight forward. Oh yes and there's no annual license fee.
