I am not that familiar with Ebay but I sold some items and put a delivery on each item at £10. One person bought all three items and wants to come pick up which is fine. But I already sent the invoice to pay through ebay, so he owes me £30 delivery but I cant seem to find a way to take this off now so he can pay only the price through PayPal.

any tips?

i suppose you could get the buyer to pay the full amount VIA paypal then when he collects the items you reinburse them the £30. would that work?

Am sure if you get the persons email address - you can send them an invoice minus the deductions ( in this case £30 ) I would of thought

Get them to pay for the items that way, I think when you send / create an invoice it requests what it is for and you should be able to select an option for ebay or something to that effect ?

Should be able to do it for all the items which should then request the ebay number or whatever its called.

Just get him to pay cash on collection? that way you won't be stung with any paypal fees.

Ben

However if a dispute arises, there is no comeback as the payment would have been made outside of paypal.

You can re-send the invoice and manually remove the P&P from it if he would rather pay by Paypal. The option should be in the drop down list for the item's you sold.
