Ofsted are in today and tomorrow...everything seemed quiet on the Western front.....

 

Starts to rain, and rains extremely heavily most of the morning and the drains flood, spilling into the corridors, leaving half the school underwater....just what we needed.

Yup, we had bizarro flooding in an IT base / gents toilets (they back onto each other) due to the Gutter of Insufficient Capacity not being able to handle the cloudburst.

Just have some extra wellies in the entrance hall ready for them!

 

Seriously though, that is bad timing You might have to consume even more choccie biccies than usual to get through this one.

I think it is quite good timing actually - you can blame numerous issues on the flood - "Our data? Oh sorry that was in a cabinet that got flooded", or " the teachers are traumatised by the flood and cannot concentrate"
