Odd problem with program stuck in task bar

Hi all,

I have recently come across a problem which has confounded me!

On two completely separate laptops, (standalone and different accounts), a program has minimised to the task bar. When I hover over it with the mouse cursor I see the thumbnail window but when I click on it - it shoots off screen out of view.

These two laptops do not or have never had multiple monitors. (Also checked the display settings).

I have googled it and it has occurred with other software but there doesn't seem to be a fix.

I am hoping a rebuild wil sort it out!
